The Liquid Penetrant Inspection is an NDT Method to detect discontinuities which are open to the surface.
Process piping(ASME B31.3) / Piping Fabrication
We have well qualified and equipped Process piping erection team with all knowledge and necessary equipment for fabrication, erection and commissioning of all types of Pipelines.
Piping & Structural Welding
Our welding crew has more than 10 years experienced 5G, 6G, Dolly-mix and DSS welders with a keep productivity rate as their target. Also, our quality team ensures the quality of welds and joints made with various NDT methods along with all their paper works.
Location maintenance
Our team has a keen knowledge and expertise in the field of Mechanical and Civil location maintenance, before handing over to the site.
Pipe Stringing
Our crew does the Stringing of pipe with precision for the ground team to work with less effort. We have equipment’s like Boom-loader, side boom, Hiab, etc. and experienced Foreman and banksman for executing this work with maximum quality.
Fit up and Welding
Our crew has the most experienced Fitters and fabricators, along with them adds the merit by 5G, 6G, Dolly-mix and DSS welders. Together this crew makes workshop and on-site fabrication and erection with much easiness. Also, our QA/QC team maintains fit-up records for all welds which can be presented to clients.
Field Joint coating
We provide coating services also for pipelines whose areas are prone to corrosion.
Backfilling
We backfill the location wherever the client needs us to and have manpower and suitable equipments for the same.
Tie-In Joint
Our crew are most experienced in Tie-In joints following all HSE measures and Quality measures.
Pipeline Markers, Clean up and Restoration
Our crew can be deployed for clean ups and restoration of pipelines as the crew and its leading team id experienced in the same.
Pre-Commissioning Activity
Crew can be do all sorts of pre commissioning activities like installation, inspection of equipment, pipind and machinery, checking for the paramenters described in P&ID, Flushing, cleaning, pressure testing, functional testing, etc.
